Borrowing

Most of library’s materials are kept in closed library rooms. Information on the Library (supply, availability) can be found by users in the online library catalogue. Users may take notes with information on the desired materials and/or make reservations using the ‘My Library’ section of the website and then receive the materials at the information / borrowing desk.
To receive library materials or to use any other library services you need a student card (students) or a library card (others).

The loan period is 21 days with a possibility of 3 renewals of 14 days each, requested prior to the expiry of the loan period (also through the COBISS/OPAC “My Library” service).

In the event that the loan period has already expired and/or if the book is already reserved by another user, renewal is not possible.
 

For Year 1 students there is a limit of a maximum of FIVE books borrowed at the same time.

In the case of late return of borrowed items, late fees are charged according to the applicable price list.

Exchange students are required to return all borrowed materials by the end of their exchange period.
